ingredients

  • 1Cup —
    Dried seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4Cup —
    Vegetable Oil
  • 1
    Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2Pounds —
    Tilapia or Flounder fillets
  • 1
    Lemon, cut into wedges

instructions

  1. Preheat airfryer to 360 degrees.

  2. Stir together bread crumbs and oil in a bowl until loose and crumbly. Put egg in a shallow dish.

  3. Dip fish in egg. Shake off excess, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated. Gently arrange fish in a single layer (in batches if necessary) in the air fryer. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
