A tasty recipe that even the picky husband likes.
ingredients
- 1Cup —Dried seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4Cup —Vegetable Oil
- 1Egg, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2Pounds —Tilapia or Flounder fillets
- 1Lemon, cut into wedges
instructions
Preheat airfryer to 360 degrees.
Stir together bread crumbs and oil in a bowl until loose and crumbly. Put egg in a shallow dish.
Dip fish in egg. Shake off excess, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated. Gently arrange fish in a single layer (in batches if necessary) in the air fryer. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
