This is a super easy, healthy, and very tasty appetizer. It’s great for a keto or THM diet. It can be eaten with tortillas, naan bread, fresh vegetables, or a spoon.

ingredients

  • 1
    Avocado (ripe)
  • 1/2Tablespoons —
    lime juice
  • 1Teaspoon —
    course pepper
  • 1/4Teaspoon —
    garlic salt
  • Feta cheese to your liking (we like a 3 to 1 ratio of avocado to feta)

instructions

  1. Place avocado in a small bowl

  2. Add pepper and, garlic salt, lime juice (optional).

  3. Mix up a little. I like some hunks of avocado in mine.

  4. Add the desired amount of feta cheese and mix.
