Seven-layer taco dip made with refried beans, sour cream, and salsa is the perfect platter for parties and family get-togethers. This is one of Justin’s favorite appetizers. Serve with plenty of tortilla chips!

ingredients

  • 1Ounce —
    taco seasoning (homemade or bought)
  • 16Ounces —
    refried beans
  • 8Ounces —
    cream cheese, softened
  • 16Ounces —
    sour cream
  • 16Ounces —
    salsa
  • 1large —
    tomato, diced
  • 1
    green pepper, diced
  • 1bunch —
    green onions, chopped
  • 1small head —
    iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 6Ounces —
    sliced black olives, drained
  • 2Cups —
    shredded sharp cheese

instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix refried beans with taco seasoning. Spread the mixture onto a large serving dish.

  2. Mix the sour cream and cream cheese together. Spread this mixture on top of the refried beans.

  3. Top the cream cheese layer with salsa. Place a layer of diced tomato, diced green pepper, cut green onions and lettuce on top of salsa. Top with 2 cups of shredded sharp cheese.
