7 Layer Taco Dip with Tortilla chips

Seven-layer taco dip made with refried beans, sour cream, and salsa is the perfect platter for parties and family get-togethers. This is one of Justin’s favorite appetizers. Serve with plenty of tortilla chips!
ingredients
- 1Ounce —taco seasoning (homemade or bought)
- 16Ounces —refried beans
- 8Ounces —cream cheese, softened
- 16Ounces —sour cream
- 16Ounces —salsa
- 1large —tomato, diced
- 1green pepper, diced
- 1bunch —green onions, chopped
- 1small head —iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 6Ounces —sliced black olives, drained
- 2Cups —shredded sharp cheese
instructions
In a medium bowl, mix refried beans with taco seasoning. Spread the mixture onto a large serving dish.
Mix the sour cream and cream cheese together. Spread this mixture on top of the refried beans.
Top the cream cheese layer with salsa. Place a layer of diced tomato, diced green pepper, cut green onions and lettuce on top of salsa. Top with 2 cups of shredded sharp cheese.
