  • Black Bean Soup

    This is probably our favorite soup. It is a wonderful meal or side dish. You can top it with additional cilantro, sour cream (recommended), and avocado. The number of servings will depend on your portion size and whether or not this is a full meal, a side dish, or an appetizer.

  • Carmelized Miso Salmon

  • Gyro Meat

    We have made gyros using this method and actually smoking a leg of lamb. It is a bit weird, but our preference is this method. Everyone in my family enjoyed this, including Steve, Joshua, Cassidy and the Weber family. And it is very easy! Always a bonus!
