Meat Church featured this during Master’s week, and oh my is it delicious. While the pimiento cheese was very good, this is better.
Ultimate Egg Salad
ingredients
- 8Ounces
Smoked and chopped bacon
- 1Stalks
Minced celery
- 1/2Cup
+ 2Tabelsoons mayonnaise
- 1/4Cup
Minced yellow onion
- 1 1/2Tablespoons
Sweet pickle relish
- 1 1/2Tablespoons
Prepared yellow mustard
- 1Tablespoon
Sriracha (or your favorite pepper garlic sauce
- 1Tablespoon
Fresh chopped dill
- 1Tablespoon
W sauce
- 2Tablespoons
Chopped green onion
- 1Tablespoon
Dill pickle juice
Meat Church Holy Cow to taste
- 1Dozen
Hard-boiled eggs, grated
instructions
Cook and chop your bacon, mince the yellow onion and celery, and chop the herbs.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for the eggs together thoroughly.
Grate your hard-boiled eggs into the bowl and fold them into the other ingredients. Season with Holy Cow to taste.
notes
Recommend letting this sit for a few hours to enhance the flavor (especially the spice), but it is delicious immediately.
