Ultimate Egg Salad

Meat Church featured this during Master’s week, and oh my is it delicious. While the pimiento cheese was very good, this is better.

ingredients

  • 8Ounces

    Smoked and chopped bacon

  • 1Stalks

    Minced celery

  • 1/2Cup

    + 2Tabelsoons mayonnaise

  • 1/4Cup

    Minced yellow onion

  • 1 1/2Tablespoons

    Sweet pickle relish

  • 1 1/2Tablespoons

    Prepared yellow mustard

  • 1Tablespoon

    Sriracha (or your favorite pepper garlic sauce

  • 1Tablespoon

    Fresh chopped dill

  • 1Tablespoon

    W sauce

  • 2Tablespoons

    Chopped green onion

  • 1Tablespoon

    Dill pickle juice

  • Meat Church Holy Cow to taste

  • 1Dozen

    Hard-boiled eggs, grated

instructions

  1. Cook and chop your bacon, mince the yellow onion and celery, and chop the herbs.

  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for the eggs together thoroughly.

  3. Grate your hard-boiled eggs into the bowl and fold them into the other ingredients. Season with Holy Cow to taste.

notes

Recommend letting this sit for a few hours to enhance the flavor (especially the spice), but it is delicious immediately.
